Key Responsibilities
- Visit builders, contractors, fabricators, industries, architects, engineers, and project sites to generate business.
- Develop new B2B customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Promote the company's products, including:
- TMT Bars
- MS Channels
- Angles
- Beams
- Structural Steel
- HR/CR Sheets
- Plates
- Pipes & Tubes
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new projects and business opportunities.
- Meet dealers, distributors, and retailers to increase product reach.
- Collect inquiries, prepare reports, and coordinate with the sales office for quotations and order processing.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market activities.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain daily visit reports (DVR), customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Attend exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events when required.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting customers and handling business discussions.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales/Field Marketing (B2B preferred).
- Experience in Steel, TMT, Structural Steel, Building Materials, Cement, Hardware, Roofing, Pipes, or Construction Products will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
