Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the travel industry and must be capable of handling flight bookings, itinerary planning, and corporate travel requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and book domestic and international flights using at least one GDS system such as Amadeus , Sabre , or Galileo .
- Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries for clients.
- Provide accurate travel information and recommendations based on strong geographical knowledge.
- Handle corporate clients and manage their travel requirements professionally.
- Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners for bookings and confirmations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Working knowledge of at least one GDS system (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
- Good understanding of global geography and airline routes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle corporate clients and manage multiple bookings.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
