Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive/Sales Manager who would be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives for the assigned territory or state. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing tours for approximately 2 to 3 weeks per month within the designated state. During non-tour days, the candidate will report to our offices located in Jalandhar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outstation travel (Min. 15-20 days per month) in the assigned Territory.
- Develop and expand distributor and dealer network in the assigned territory. while maintaining balance among existing dealers.
- Regularly visit dealers to understand challenges and support business growth.
- Ensure monthly visits to all dealers in the territory.
- Promote business by giving product demos to end users
- Conduct product presentations for end users to support growth
- Carry out market surveys and share feedback with Head Office.
- Meet architects, consultants & visit sites for product promotion
- Follow up on orders, dispatches, payments & resolve client queries
- Explore new leads and execute local promotional activities
- Meet end users, consultants, architects and government/semi-government bodies for product promotion and approvals.
- Submit reports and coordinate with the internal team
- Ensure regular reporting, CRM compliance and execution of assigned tasks.
Skills required:
- Experience in similar or relevant Industry
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
