Full Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller for our Aaurum international education & immigration office in Mohali, Punjab. We are looking for a confident and energetic candidate with strong communication skills who can handle client calls, explain our immigration services, and follow up with leads professionally. This is a full-time, in-person role, and freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls to assist clients with immigration-related inquiries
- Explain immigration, visa, and consultancy services clearly to potential clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with interested clients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counselling team
- Maintain call records, client details, and follow-up status in an organized manner
- Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication
- Support the team in generating and converting leads
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Good Communication skills.
- Confidence in handling client conversations over phone
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping ability
- Positive attitude, convincing skills, and customer-focused approach
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with up to 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be preferred
