Position: Superintendent
Department: Research
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage departmental files, records, research documentation, and confidential data systematically.
- Handle fellowship and scholarship-related documentation, applications, tracking, and portal management.
- Coordinate with faculty members, research scholars, funding agencies, and administrative departments for smooth processing of research activities.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases using MS Excel.
- Draft official letters, reports, notices, and documentation using MS Word.
- Ensure proper record maintenance of research proposals, publications, fellowships, grants, and compliance documents.
- Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate departmental records and correspondence.
- Support the department in audit, accreditation, and compliance-related documentation work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel including data management, formatting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of handling fellowship and scholarship portals.
- Good command over MS Word and document preparation.
- Strong file maintenance and record handling skills.
- Good organizational and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred:
- Experience in research administration, academic coordination, or university administration will be preferred.
- Familiarity with research funding processes and government fellowship portals is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
