Job Summary:
DNA Goa is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executives to handle customer calls, generate leads, and promote broadband and internet services. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, explaining plans, and coordinating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain broadband plans and company services
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports
- Coordinate with the sales team for installations and inquiries
- Handle basic customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers can apply
- Knowledge of local languages is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
