Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and well spoken Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls and explaining our products/services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Maintain follow-ups and build customer relationships
- Keep a record of calls and update the database regularly
- Work towards achieving daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing power
- Prior telecalling experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Must be punctual and professional
