Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complete Water Treatment Plants (WTP), RO Plants, STP and ETP systems based on client requirements.
- Prepare process designs, PFDs, P&IDs, GA drawings, layout drawings, and equipment drawings.
- Perform design calculations for flow rates, pumps, piping, tanks, pressure vessels, filters, and other equipment.
- Select suitable equipment, materials, valves, pumps, instruments, and piping components.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), technical specifications, and project design documentation.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, project, service, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Review and verify drawings and designs prepared by junior design engineers.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
- Continuously improve plant designs to optimize performance, cost, energy efficiency, and manufacturability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the design of Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems.
- Strong knowledge of RO, WTP, STP, ETP, UF, DM, softeners, and filtration systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Good knowledge of P&ID, process calculations, equipment sizing, piping, and pump selection.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
