Manage and oversee end-to-end operations on e-commerce marketplaces including:
Amazon
Flipkart
Myntra
AJIO
Blinkit
JioMart
Meesho
Nykaa (if applicable)
Other online marketplaces
Create, upload, and manage product listings with complete accuracy.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, images, and catalog content for maximum visibility and conversions.
Handle new product launches, catalog updates, listing quality checks, and inventory synchronization.
Monitor and improve product rankings, sales performance, and account health metrics.
Manage pricing, promotions, deals, coupons, and advertising campaigns across marketplaces.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Analyze sales reports, marketplace performance, and competitor activities to drive growth.
Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, account-related concerns, and marketplace compliance requirements.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and business insights to management.
Leadership Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor the e-commerce operations team.
Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely execution.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Coordinate with marketing, design, content, and inventory teams.
Drive team productivity and achieve sales and growth targets.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in marketplace management and product listing.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, AJIO Seller Portal, Blinkit Seller Platform, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Knowledge of SEO for product listings and marketplace advertising.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
Team handling experience is mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
