Role Overview
As a PM – Delivery, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery across multiple client engagements, oversee delivery teams, and mentor project managers, technical architects, and engineers. You will act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Delivery Management
· Own delivery P&L; monitor margins, utilization, and revenue recognition
· Define and implement scalable delivery frameworks, governance models, and best practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
· Establish and track delivery KPIs (on-time delivery, defect density, CSAT, utilization)
Team Leadership & Growth
· Lead, mentor, and scale delivery teams with 15+ direct reports (PMs, Tech Leads, QA, BAs)
· Build succession plans and continuous capability development to ensure delivery readiness
Client & Stakeholder Management
· Act as a senior client-facing leader; manage escalations, lead steering committee meetings, and present progress and ROI
· Build and maintain C-level relationships; support pre-sales and due-diligence discussions
Technical Excellence
· Provide architectural guidance and oversee technical quality through audits and health checks
· Stay current with industry trends (Cloud, Microservices, AI/ML, Low-code/No-code) and introduce innovations
Risk Management & Compliance
· Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks (scope, timelines, resourcing)
· Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards (ISO, GDPR, SOC2)
Required Experience & Qualifications
Professional Experience
· 10+ years in IT services or product engineering organizations
· Proven experience leading large, complex delivery programs
· Strong technical background with 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Manager
Team Leadership
· Demonstrated experience managing and scaling teams of 15+ technical/delivery professionals
Domain & Technology Exposure
· Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas:
o Full Stack: .NET Core, Angular/React, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django
o Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
o Data & AI/ML: SQL/NoSQL, Data Pipelines, TensorFlow, PyTorch
· Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
Client-Facing Skills
· Excellent communication and executive presence
· Proven ability to build trust, negotiate, and drive customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT)
Education
· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
· MBA, PMP, or CSM certification is a plus

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
