We Are Hiring: Sales Executive(Field Role)
Locations: Odisha* (Bhubaneswar | Cuttack | Jajpur | Dhenkanal | Angul) *
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives who can actively engage with customers, vendors, and partners on the ground to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and onboard customers for puja services, event planning, and product sales
- Visit residential areas, event venues, temples, and local markets for direct sales and promotion
- Build and maintain relationships with pandits, vendors, and local service providers
- Promote company offerings and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Conduct field surveys to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum +2 / Graduation (preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work 100% on-field
- Basic knowledge of sales & customer handling
- Must have a two-wheeler & valid driving license (preferred)
- Local area knowledge is a strong advantage
Salary & Benefits:
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
