Skill Set / Qualifications / JD:
1. Ability to understand the fundamentals of US Solar PV design.
2. Maintain daily SOPs and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
3. Ability to read and interpret PV permit packages, including basic electrical and structural aspects of plans.
4. Basic knowledge of stamping requirements for permit packages.
5. Working knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Office tools.
6. Good spoken English communication skills will be an added advantage.
7. Ability to coordinate with the design team for project-specific requirements.
8. Monitor CRM at regular intervals, track high-priority requests, and ensure all tasks are acknowledged and updated within the same shift.
9. Identify stamping-ready projects, maintain pending lists by PE, priority, and aging, and update Fresh, Restamp, Revision, and On-Hold trackers in real time.
10. Follow up on delayed or priority projects with PEs and internal teams, and escalate risks or special requirements promptly.
11. Prepare EOD reports, cross-check emails, and ensure smooth cross-shift handover for continuity.
