• Support the opportunity close process working with sales, pre-sales from a commercial perspective for proposals, approvals, contract management • Work closely with the sales team to support them in closing deals and achieving targets • Collaborate with legal and finance for revenue management and a faster deal closure cycle time
• Support the contract management processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the pipeline process • Work with account management and legal for contract negotiations with new and existing clients, ensuring favorable terms • Facilitate the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal to renewal, ensuring compliance and profitability
Commercial Strategy s Execution:
• Aid in providing a detailed analyses on the commercial terms across contracts and scope of works • Be the custodian of all renewals and help oversee contractual obligations • Further develop commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement • Collaborate across teams on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability
- Experience in a commercial management within a B2B (Product, SaaS, PaaS) environment; preferably with the US, UK, and EU clients
- Proven track record of driving commercial success. Demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong business acumen, legal/contractual clauses understanding and a deep understanding of the (Product, SaaS, PaaS) business models
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales and business intelligence tools including MS Office
• Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills • Master’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field
