Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the Education Sector and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and other educational stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account management initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure successful market penetration.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Mandatory experience in the Education Sector.
- Strong understanding of educational products, services, admissions, training, EdTech, or institutional sales.
Experience Required
- 2–5+ years of sales experience.
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience handling B2C sales within the education industry is highly preferred.
