Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers for our Website Campaign. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and basic knowledge of email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Promote website development and digital services to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and schedule appointments or consultations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Follow up with leads through calls and emails.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and respond to customer inquiries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support.
- Basic knowledge of Email Marketing.
- Good email drafting and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Website Sales, Digital Marketing, IT Services, or International Campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience may apply.
