A University Marketing Manager develops and executes strategic marketing campaigns to boost enrollment, promote academic programs, and manage brand identity. This role involves digital marketing, content creation, market research, and managing stakeholder relationships. Key tasks include managing budgets, overseeing social media, and analyzing campaign performance (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for university programs, workshops, and courses to meet enrollment goals.
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and oversee integrated campaigns (digital, print, social media, events).
- Digital & Content Strategy: Manage the university’s online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor activities, and prospective student behaviors to refine recruitment strategies.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms to enhance the university’s public image.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with admissions, alumni relations, and external agencies to enhance branding and recruitment efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing ( Field Marketing) , Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with previous experience in higher education / college strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Slate), digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and data analytics.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating promotional materials and content.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Leadership: Experience leading teams and collaborating across departments.

Pay: ₹30,413.63 - ₹80,749.51 per month
