Job Title: Staff Nurse – Ward / Emergency Room (ER)

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses for Ward and Emergency Room (ER) departments. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, assisting doctors during procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in Ward / ER.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and treatment progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.
- Handle admission, discharge, and patient documentation processes.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
- Respond effectively during emergency and code situations.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care plans.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
Qualification
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- Valid TNMC Registration is mandatory
Experience
1 – 5 Years
