Position: HR Executive / HR Generalist
Location: Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Source, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle joining formalities, induction, documentation, and employee onboarding.
- Manage confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, full & final settlements, and exit formalities.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate monthly attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and salary processing.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and other HR regulations.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Handle leave management, attendance, employee grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor HR policies and ensure compliance across all departments.
Performance & Employee Engagement
- Coordinate performance appraisal and probation review processes.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Support employee development and retention initiatives.
Administration & Coordination
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Manage uniforms, employee ID cards, and HR-related assets.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities as required.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- 3–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Experience in Construction, Hospitality, Automobile, or Manufacturing will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Able to independently manage end-to-end HR operations for multiple departments.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
