Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Overview:
Realatte Ventures Ltd. is looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead social media marketing for multiple corporate brands. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media strategy, content planning, client servicing, and team management. This role requires someone who can independently drive social media initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality execution across all client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and overall brand positioning.
- Create, manage, and oversee monthly content calendars across multiple brands and social media platforms.
- Write compelling captions, ad copies, one-liners, scripts, and campaign messaging tailored to each platform.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions with designers, and marketing teams to conceptualize engaging campaigns and content ideas.
- Manage end-to-end execution of social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze social media insights, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and best practices to keep brand communication relevant and engaging.
- Guide, mentor, and oversee the work of Social Media Executives and junior team members, ensuring effective task allocation, quality control, and smooth day-to-day workflow.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication, tone of voice, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media agency.
- Prior experience leading or handling a team of juniors.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with the ability to create engaging social media content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, audience behaviour, and content trends.
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, BMM, BMS, BBA, or a related field preferred.
