Social Media & Content Management
- Manage official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
- Create regular content calendars promoting health packages, medical camps, and specialized clinics.
- Coordinate with doctors and medical departments to produce health awareness articles, reels, and video scripts.
- Write engaging marketing copy, captions, and patient testimonials. [1, 2, 3]
Performance Marketing & SEO
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns via Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for lead generation.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for local SEO to increase organic search visibility.
- Track key metrics including cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rates, and website traffic using analytics tools. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Reputation Management & Branding
- Monitor online reviews and manage the hospital's Google Business Profile and local directory listings.
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across digital and print collateral (brochures, flyers, digital banners).
- Support offline events, continuous medical education (CME) programs, and community health camps with digital promotions
