- To assist in preparation of data for Q certificates
- To eventually understand and educate oneself to HACCP Manual, EIC Handbook of operating products, MPEDA Actg, FSSAI Act.
- To understand and Prepare labelling as per statutory forms of varios countries as direected.
- To prepare for the EIA govt. approved technologist examination encompassing all areas and come out sucessfully that is the ultimate test of training.
- To assist and acquire knowledge of BAP & BRC and documents.
- To perform all lab task as m entioned by EIA Statutory Procedures.
- To use all Media Economically and maintain media.
- To prepare Technical reports as per reporting format.
- To collect sample from various locations.
- To record, analysis and interpret data.
- To ensure that data is recorded accurately in accordance to guidelines.
- To observe high health and safety standards.
- To Inspect manufacturing processes and to check for possible contamination.
- To assist managing laboratories.
- To report to QA officers & Managers.
- Any other work related to QC lab. / QC production as advised by the head of Lab.
- Applies scientific and engineering principles in research, development production technology, quality control, packaging, processing, and development of foods : Conducts basis research, and new product research and development of foods.
- Develops new and improved methods and systems for food processing, production, quality control, packaging, and distribution.
- Develops food standards, safety and sanitary regulations, and waste management and water supply spectifications.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
