Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions.
- Perform restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, prosthodontic, and minor surgical procedures.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Handle complex and multidisciplinary dental cases.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Manage dental emergencies effectively.
- Supervise and mentor junior dentists and dental assistants.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient safety.
- Coordinate with specialists for advanced treatment when required.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and clinical guidelines.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training.
- Support clinic operations, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Achieve clinical productivity and revenue targets while maintaining ethical practice.
Qualifications
- BDS/MDS from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental registration/license.
- 5+ years of clinical experience.
- Strong expertise in comprehensive dental treatment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and patient management skills.
- Proficiency in dental software and digital dentistry is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
