Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team in Koregaon Bhima, Pune. The ideal candidate should have at least 1.5 years of experience in accounting or finance. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts)
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Assist with audits and coordinate with auditors
- Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, and reconciliation statements
- Support payroll processing and vendor payments
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and organisational abilities
