Responsibility -
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and selection, including job profiling, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding to meet business hiring needs.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Implement and manage performance management, appraisals, and feedback systems to drive employee performance and engagement.
- Develop and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with labor laws and company culture.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Plan and coordinate training & development programs, career growth initiatives, and HR reports/KPIs for management decision‑making.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
