We are looking for an AGM/ Sr. Marketing Manager-ATL, who has hands on experience working with well-established brands and has an excellent track record of leading ATL marketing activities. The role requires an individual with strategic thinking, creative vision, and a results-driven approach to elevate our brand presence.
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end ATL marketing initiatives (TV, Print, Radio, OTT etc.) for brand visibility and positioning
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Work with top-tier brands with proven success in ATL campaign management
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production agencies to deliver integrated campaigns
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to drive campaign effectiveness
- Manage large-scale marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and digital for seamless execution
- Monitor campaign KPIs, generate reports, and refine strategies based on performance
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all ATL and BTL channels
Desired Profile:
- Proven experience working with well-known, large brands across different industries.
- Strong background in developing and executing ATL campaigns that have successfully built brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Working Experience of AI based marketing and knowledge of OTT platform, etc is must
- Strong Communication, Negotiation & Presentation skills
- Excellent strategic thinking with a creative mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and ATL channels.
- Solid understanding of consumer insights, data analysis, and market research techniques.
- Ability to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
