Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Regular candidate follow-up and closure coordination
- Coordination with departments for hiring requirements
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Achieving hiring targets within timelines
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in Real Estate / Civil Construction hiring preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel
- Immediate joiners preferred
