Job Summary
M&T Engineering Equipment's is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Field Service Engineers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are interested in industrial machinery, field service, and customer support.
The selected candidates will receive comprehensive technical training and will work both at our manufacturing facility and customer sites across India. High-performing employees may also get opportunities to travel abroad for machine installation and commissioning projects.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on qualifications, skills, and experience)
Eligibility
- ITI (Fitter, Electrician, or related trades)
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and test industrial food processing machines.
- Perform machine trials and ensure successful commissioning at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and after-sales service.
- Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.
- Prepare installation and service reports.
- Assist in machine assembly, testing, and factory trials before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and electrical teams when required.
Skills Required
- Basic mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
- Willingness to travel frequently for site installations and service visits.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
