Blackbull Group is expanding its Corporate Finance and Investment Division to build one of India's strongest fundraising and capital advisory platforms. We are seeking experienced professionals capable of structuring, arranging, and executing fundraising transactions across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, renewable energy, logistics, hospitality, and MSMEs.
The Fundraising Consultant will be responsible for securing project finance, institutional finance, property finance, structured debt, private investments, and strategic capital partnerships while maintaining long-term relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, investment funds, family offices, and corporate investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive fundraising strategies for corporate and project-based clients.
- Structure and arrange Project Finance, Property Finance, Institutional Finance, Working Capital, Term Loans, and Structured Debt transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Public Sector Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Investment Funds, Venture Capital Firms, Private Equity Funds, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
- Identify suitable funding sources based on project viability and capital requirements.
- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, business plans, Information Memorandums (IM), Project Reports, and lender presentations.
- Coordinate end-to-end fundraising processes from mandate acquisition to financial closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms, lending structures, securities, collateral arrangements, repayment schedules, and financing documentation.
- Conduct financial feasibility analysis, project viability assessments, debt servicing capability reviews, and risk evaluations.
- Collaborate with promoters, chartered accountants, company secretaries, legal teams, valuation experts, engineers, and financial consultants.
- Manage investor due diligence, lender due diligence, documentation, compliance, and closing requirements.
- Develop collaborations with banks and financial institutions for long-term funding partnerships.
- Raise equity investments, strategic investments, debt financing, bridge financing, mezzanine funding, and hybrid financing structures.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansion financing, refinancing, takeover funding, and large capital deployment projects.
- Monitor fundraising pipelines and ensure timely execution of financing transactions.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of financial information and investor documentation.

Eligibility
- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, CMA, Company Secretary, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines.
- 7–15+ years of experience in fundraising, banking, project finance, institutional finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory.
- Strong understanding of RBI regulations, banking procedures, lending frameworks, and institutional financing mechanisms.
- Existing relationships with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, or investment funds will be a significant advantage.
