Role Overview
Dootiq is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager – Enterprise to lead enterprise business development and revenue growth. The role will focus on building a strong enterprise sales pipeline, engaging CXO and senior business stakeholders, managing complex and consultative sales cycles, and converting high-value opportunities into long-term customer relationships. The candidate will own enterprise revenue targets and work closely with Product, Technical, Support, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure successful closure and handover of strategic accounts.
1. Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own enterprise sales targets and drive revenue growth across identified industries and accounts.
- Identify, prospect, and develop high-value enterprise opportunities through outbound, inbound, referrals, partnerships, and strategic networking.
- Build and maintain a robust enterprise sales pipeline with clear opportunity stages, values, probability, and closure timelines.
- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle from account identification and discovery through demonstration, proposal, negotiation, commercial closure, and handover.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies for priority and strategic accounts.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
2. Enterprise Account Acquisition
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, business heads, operations leaders, technology leaders, and other key decision-makers.
- Map enterprise accounts, identify relevant stakeholders, and develop multi-threaded relationships within target organisations.
- Understand customer business models, operational challenges, existing processes, and automation requirements.
- Identify high-value use cases where Dootiq’s AI voice and automation capabilities can create measurable business value.
3. Consultative & Solution Selling
- Conduct structured discovery meetings to understand business requirements, pain points, objectives, and decision criteria.
- Position Dootiq as a business solution rather than simply a technology product.
- Lead enterprise product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer use cases and stakeholder requirements.
- Communicate product capabilities, commercial value, efficiency gains, automation opportunities, and potential ROI.
- Coordinate with Product and Technical teams on integrations, customisation, workflows, and enterprise requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, commercial presentations, solution documents, and business cases.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Manage complex commercial discussions and negotiate pricing, scope, commercials, and contractual terms within approved parameters.
- Identify decision blockers, objections, procurement requirements, and stakeholder concerns and drive them toward resolution.
- Maintain strong control over opportunity timelines and ensure timely movement toward closure.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Product, and Leadership teams for enterprise deal closure.
- Ensure customer commitments and commercials are accurately documented before closure.
5. Strategic & Institutional Opportunities
- Develop enterprise and institutional opportunities involving longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Participate in RFP, RFQ, tender, GeM, and government / institutional sales opportunities where applicable.
- Coordinate internally for timely preparation of technical, commercial, and compliance documentation.
- Track strategic opportunities from initial requirements through submission, presentations, negotiation, and award.
6. Account Expansion & Relationship Management
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, additional use-case, and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts.
- Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Work with Support / Customer Success to ensure structured handover after closure.
- Capture customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market requirements and communicate them to management and Product.
7. Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity information in the CRM.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts based on pipeline quality, deal stage, probability, and expected closure dates.
- Review pipeline performance, identify gaps against targets, and take corrective action.
- Track sales activities, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups systematically.
- Provide management with visibility into the enterprise pipeline, expected revenue, risks, and opportunities.
8. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product, Technical, Support, Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to progress enterprise opportunities.
- Translate customer requirements into clear internal action points and ensure timely coordination.
- Support development of enterprise sales processes, pitch materials, case studies, and sales strategies.
- Share recurring customer requirements and market insights to support product and business strategy.

- Excellent CXO-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to understand technology products and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Strong commercial awareness and ownership of revenue targets.
- Strong CRM discipline, analytical thinking, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- 5+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B, Enterprise, SaaS, AI, telecom, or technology sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mature, target-oriented enterprise sales professional who can independently own strategic opportunities from prospecting to closure. They should be comfortable engaging CXOs and senior stakeholders, navigating complex buying processes, understanding technology-led business solutions, negotiating high-value deals, and operating with strong ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
