About the Role
Craftels is looking for a sharp, practical, and proactive Lawyer / Legal Associate to support legal, compliance, real estate, hospitality, land, and corporate matters across multiple projects in Goa.
The role involves legal drafting, documentation, compliance coordination, property-related work, and interaction with government departments and consultants.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving founder-led environment.
Requirements
- LL.B. degree
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Knowledge of:
- Property laws
- Agreements and contracts
- Compliance and documentation
- Land and real estate matters
- Ability to coordinate with government departments and consultants
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, conveyancing, or legal documentation preferred
Responsibilities
- Drafting agreements, notices, and legal documents
- Reviewing contracts and legal paperwork
- Handling permissions and compliance coordination
- Assisting in land, property, and corporate matters
- Coordinating with consultants and authorities
- Maintaining documentation and legal records
