Job Description:
1. Managing CRM projects for some of India’s top data-driven marketing brands
a. Collaborating on CRM Strategy b. Conceptualizing CRM campaigns (Email/WhatsApp/SMS/Video/App) c. Briefing creative teams on CRM campaigns, and supervising quality of output d. Evaluating performance of campaigns e. Developing innovative campaigns around Personalization f. Providing recommendations on data driven campaigns basis segmentation and analytics models
2. Business Development for Zebra48 – Qualifying leads and converting sales opportunities
