Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Site Engineer to oversee electrical installation activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, testing, commissioning, and ensuring that all electrical works are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day electrical site activities. Execute electrical works as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project teams. Ensure timely completion of electrical installations within project schedules. Review electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and shop drawings. Monitor installation of cables, panels, transformers, lighting systems, earthing, and other electrical equipment. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Verify material quantities and raise material requisitions as per site requirements. Coordinate testing and commissioning activities. Resolve technical issues arising during project execution. Ensure adherence to company policies, electrical codes, and statutory requirements. Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress. Required Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs. Familiarity with HT/LT systems, cable tray installation, earthing, and lighting works. Understanding of safety procedures and electrical standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage. Good communication and team coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
