Tele Sales & Client Handling
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
Sales Coordination
- Prepare and share quotations with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and client requirements
- Maintain and update customer database
Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain daily call reports and sales records
- Track lead status and update CRM/Excel sheets
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
- Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally over calls
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet targets
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in tele sales / customer support (Freshers with good communication skill can also apply)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
