Position Overview
Trivial Chapter is looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager to expand our employer network across Europe. This is a remote opportunity for professionals based in India who have strong business development capabilities and experience working with international clients.
The role focuses on identifying, approaching, and building relationships with European employers while generating new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, networking, and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to independently develop business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships.
In addition to employer acquisition, the candidate will also contribute to expanding Trivial Chapter's business network by connecting with Business Development Managers and strategic partners across European countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire European employers with international hiring requirements.
- Generate qualified business opportunities through lead generation, networking, market research, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct business meetings with employers to understand workforce requirements, hiring plans, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with employers, business owners, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Develop new business opportunities by approaching prospective employers across European countries.
- Build professional relationships with Business Development Managers and strategic partners to support business expansion across Europe.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of employer requirements and business commitments.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve agreed business development targets.
- Represent Trivial Chapter professionally while strengthening the company's employer network and market presence.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for professionals who possess the following:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, International Sales, Employer Acquisition, or International Recruitment.
- Experience working with international clients; exposure to the European market will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, business development, and building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to independently identify, approach, and engage prospective employers and business partners.
- Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other business development methods to generate opportunities.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and expand long-term business relationships.

We offer both Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives and Freelance (Commission-Based) engagement models. Compensation is aligned with your experience, employer network, and monthly delivery commitment. Attractive incentives are paid on every successful deployment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
