- Manage hospital social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
- Create and publish daily posts related to hospital services, health tips, awareness campaigns, achievements, doctors, and patient engagement activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and management for healthcare-related content.
- Handle social media promotions for health camps, events, OPD schedules, special packages, and awareness programs.
- Respond to patient queries, comments, and messages professionally on social media platforms.
- Increase followers, patient engagement, and online visibility of the hospital.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives, reels, and promotional videos.
- Maintain monthly social media content calendar.
- Promote hospital branding activities and patient success stories.
- Monitor social media insights, engagement reports, and campaign performance.
- Ensure all social media content follows hospital policies and ethical healthcare guidelines.
- Cover hospital events, celebrations, doctor activities, and awareness sessions for digital promotion.
- Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling patient-related content.
