About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives/Business Development Executive to join our team in the chemicals(Raw Materials) division. The ideal candidate should have a background in Chemistry/Chemical (B.Sc. in Chemistry, Btech/BE in Chemical or related discipline) and 1-5 years of relevant sales experience. The role involves promoting and selling chemical (Raw materials) products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities in the chemicals (Raw Materials) market.(Pigments, Resin, Uv Resin, Fillers, Additives, Vinyl resin,Waxes,Fumed Silica,Epoxy resin, ETC)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goal.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry/Btech/BE in Chemical or related field (minimum qualification).
- Experience: 0–5 years in sales (chemicals industry preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in English (B+ / A level) and Hindi .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
