Our Hyderabad office is the nerve centre of our digital growth operations. We use technology and data to bridge the financial inclusion gap at scale, with a strong presence across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to generate quality loan leads targeting audiences in tier 2/3 cities of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Create compelling ad copy and creatives in Telugu, Hindi, and English tailored to low-income borrowers and first-time loan applicants in the region.
- Track, measure, and report on all digital marketing KPIs — CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates — using Google Analytics 4 and Meta Ads Manager.
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 properties, events, goals, and funnels to monitor end-to-end lead journeys from ad click to loan application.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to continuously lower cost-per-lead.
- Manage audience targeting — interest-based, lookalike, and custom audiences — on Meta and Google to reach underserved borrowers in markets.
- Research and understand borrower personas in tier 2/3 Telangana and AP markets; apply local insights to improve ad relevance and messaging.
- Collaborate with branch and field sales teams in Hyderabad and outstation locations to align digital lead volume with on-ground capacity.
- Manage organic social media presence on Instagram and Facebook — content calendar, community engagement, and regional brand building.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards and present insights and recommendations to the marketing lead.
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (Candidates Telugu states preferred).
- Basic hands-on experience or coursework in Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, or UAC).
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 — event tracking, channel reports, and audience insights.
- Ability to write clear, empathetic ad copy in Telugu and/or Hindi that resonates with first-generation borrowers in Telangana and AP.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading campaign data, spotting trends, and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Self-starter attitude with the willingness to learn fintech, P2P lending, and financial inclusion quickly.
