We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates.
- Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to develop marketing materials.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of content marketing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) are preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships are also considered).
