Location: Delhi Branch Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience) About the Role We are looking for a motivated Diploma Holder in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering (Polytechnic) to join our Driving Training School as a Driving Training Instructor. The candidate will be responsible for training learners on the safe operation, maintenance, and road safety practices of E-Rickshaws and E-Carts, along with assisting in practical and classroom training. Technical qualifications combined with a valid driving licence are commonly expected for instructors in this field. � Directorate General of Training +2 Eligibility Diploma (Polytechnic) in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering Valid E-Rickshaw / E-Cart Driving Licence (or relevant licence as per applicable regulations) Good knowledge of vehicle mechanics, maintenance, and road safety Good communication and interpersonal skills Freshers may apply; experienced candidates will be preferred Key Responsibilities Conduct practical driving training for E-Rickshaw and E-Cart learners Explain traffic rules, road safety, and defensive driving techniques Train candidates in basic vehicle inspection, maintenance, battery charging, and troubleshooting Assess trainees' driving skills and provide feedback Maintain training records and attendance Ensure safety standards are followed during all training sessions Assist in maintaining training vehicles and equipment Support administrative activities related to the training program Preferred Skills Prior experience as a driving instructor or automotive technician Knowledge of EV (Electric Vehicle) systems Ability to conduct both classroom and practical sessions Professional, disciplined, and customer-friendly attitude What We Offer Salary up to ₹30,000 per month Performance-based incentives (where applicable) Professional work environment Career growth opportunities Training and skill development
