Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for lead conversion.
Prepare sales reports and pipeline
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B or IT/SAP/software sales.
Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Understanding of digital sales and online customer engagement.
