Decotales Interior Pvt. Ltd. is a turnkey interior firm based in Bengaluru, with an in-house factory, custom design process, and complete execution control. We’re looking for responsible and driven Site Project Managers who can independently manage site execution, coordinate teams, and ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Site Helper who is eager to learn and grow in the field. This role involves supporting day-to-day site activities, assisting supervisors, and coordinating with carpenters and other workers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily site operations and ensure the site is organized and functioning efficiently
- Be present at the site throughout working hours to support ongoing activities
- Coordinate with site supervisors to understand tasks and priorities
- Support carpenters and other workers with basic requirements and materials
- Help in handling and maintaining tools, materials, and equipment at the site
- Ensure cleanliness and basic safety practices are followed on-site
- Report progress, issues, or delays to the site supervisor
- Follow instructions carefully and complete assigned tasks on time
