Monitoring Production vs Despatch to control inventory value and to meet customer demand on time
Follow-up and execution of materials, components and subcontract services and release of Production orders for parts
Preparing and Circulating Assembly 3 Days plan(1 Day Firm+ 2 Day Tentative) regularly
Conducting the Morning Production Review Meeting (PRM) to overcome the production loss along with CFT's and concerned buyers
Responsible to review the daily production plan and ensure that requirements are met.
