About the Role
We're hiring a driven Relationship Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and agency accounts. This is a full-cycle client relationship role covering renewals, retention, upselling, cross-selling, and new business development for one of the world's most recognised creative content brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise, agency, and corporate accounts
- Drive timely renewals and maximize client retention
- Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Recommend the right licensing and AI content solutions based on client needs
- Conduct product presentations and demos of Shutterstock's offerings
- Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, B2B sales, or client servicing
- Track record in renewals, retention, upselling, or new business generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable owning client relationships end-to-end
- Experience in media, content, SaaS, digital, or creative solutions is a plus (not mandatory)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
