Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including book closures, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation compliances, including GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, statutory filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and management dashboards to support business decisions.
- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the Accounts & Taxation team, ensuring timely completion of accounting, compliance, and reporting activities.
- Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency, automation, and cost optimization.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
