Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join the BharatPe team. The role involves acquiring new merchants, promoting BharatPe payment solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit shops and businesses to onboard new merchants.
- Install and activate BharatPe QR codes.
- Explain BharatPe products and services to merchants.
- Complete merchant KYC and documentation.
- Promote loan and financial products to eligible merchants.
- Generate leads and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular merchant follow-ups and revisit existing customers.
- Resolve basic merchant queries and provide support.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
