AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) – Job Description
- Contact insurance companies regarding pending and denied medical claims.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and claim status.
- Resolve billing and payment-related issues.
- Update claim information and payment details in the system.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records.
Skills Required: Good communication skills, basic knowledge of medical billing, analytical skills, computer proficiency, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
