Job Description:
We are looking for an in-person Video Editor & Thumbnail Designer (Fresher to 1 Year Exp) to join our creative media team. If you understand digital content, know what makes people click on a thumbnail, and can edit fast-paced videos, this role is for you.
Key Requirements:
- Video Editing: Strong hands-on experience in either Final Cut Pro X (FCP X) or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Graphic Design: Proficient in Photoshop and Canva.
- Thumbnail Mastery: Good understanding of YouTube Thumbnails (text placement, color contrast, and high-CTR designs).
- Pacing: Ability to do tight cuts, add engaging B-rolls, and manage clean sound design (SFX).
Daily Responsibilities:
- Editing high-retention long-form videos and fast-paced Shorts/Reels daily in the office.
- Designing high-quality, clickable YouTube thumbnails for the content.
