About the Company:
The Turtle Bee is a fast-growing D2C brand offering thoughtfully designed products for babies and young children. Focused on safety, quality, and early childhood development, the brand specializes in Montessori-inspired toys, sensory learning products, and baby essential for modern patterns.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Amazon Listing Graphic Designer who can design high-converting product images, A+ content, and brand creatives. The ideal candidate understands Amazon guidelines, customer psychology, and conversion-focused design.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging creatives for social media, website, performance marketing, and marketplaces
Design banners, product creatives, packaging, catalogs, and promotional materials
Work closely with the marketing and content team to execute branding campaigns
Develop visually appealing content aligned with the brand identity
Edit and enhance product images and lifestyle creatives
Create ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
Stay updated with design trends, especially within D2C and kids brands
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in graphic designing
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and related design tools
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly,
Canva AI, or similar platforms is required
Prior experience in D2C, fashion, kids, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is preferred
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage
Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
