Job Summary
Biomass Lab (biomasslab.in) is looking for an energetic sales/marketing professional with a background in Agriculture sales. This role will oversee sales and marketing of our agriculture products (Pesticides & Growth Promoters).
Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve Sales targets for Bulandshahr region. Candidates should be willing to travel extensively across the Bulandshahr District.
- Build dealer networks & work closely with dealers to grow business in their areas.
- Engage with dealers on a regular basis, coach them and monitor them.
- Assist dealer to conduct product demos and trials with farmers and resolve field issues.
- Educate dealers & farmers on the benefits of our products.
- Order follow-up with headquarter for on time dispatch & delivery.
- Payment collection from Dealers.
- Report timely to Managing Director and Headquarter.
- Should have a bike and resident of Bulandshahr.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate from Agriculture.
- 3-4 year experience in selling agricultural pesticides/growth promoters.
- Must have a bike to commute.
