SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We’re hiring a Social Media & Digital Engagement Manager at Bibekgarh Foundation.
Location: Mohali / Remote
Experience: 0–2 years
We are looking for someone to manage and strengthen our digital presence across platforms. This role involves planning content, executing campaigns, and tracking engagement, while working closely with content, design, and research teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day social media platforms and content publishing
- Planning and executing content calendars and campaigns
- Monitoring engagement and responding to audience interactions
- Tracking basic performance metrics and improving reach
- Coordinating with internal teams for content development
- Ensuring consistency in messaging and communication
- Ability to shoot short-form video content (reels, YT shorts), with a practical understanding of recording, basic editing, and platform-specific requirements
We’re looking for:
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
- Basic familiarity with analytics and performance tracking
- Strong sense of communication and content presentation
- Ability to work across content, design, and outreach needs
- Proficiency in Punjabi (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension) is mandatory
- Working knowledge of Hindi and English
- Familiarity with Gurmukhi script and ability to engage with Punjabi-language content
- Basic acquaintance with Gurbani reading and sensitivity to related linguistic and cultural nuances
